Welcome back to part two of my summer series on how my thrifted coffee machine is helping me rethink real estate.
Since I got my machine up and working, each morning my husband and I have been enjoying a latte macchiato.
But because we’re used to drinking hot brewed coffee with just a splash of milk, we’ve been adding a lungo shot on top to give it a little more coffee flavour.
Could we just press one button and drink it the way the machine was programmed? Sure.
But after a few tweaks, we found the version that works for us. Oh, and a little maple syrup too!
Real estate is a lot like that.
There are countless ways to buy and sell a home. Different financing options. Different timelines. Different types of homes. Different strategies.
The best option isn’t the one that worked for your neighbour, your parents, or your coworker.
It’s the one that works for you.
That’s why I encourage my clients to tune out the noise and focus on their own situation.
Your finances, your goals, your timeline, and your season of life are unique. Your real estate plan should be too.
Just because someone else found their perfect recipe doesn’t mean it has to be yours.
I’ve got a few summer strategy sessions available in August for anyone who wants to talk through their plans for September onward. If that’s you, send me a message and we’ll get something on the calendar.
