Welcome back to part three of my summer series where I’m finding real estate lessons in the most unexpected places… including my new (thrifted) coffee machine.
My husband and I are “start the day with a cup of coffee in bed” type people and honestly, with the summer sun coming through the window, there’s nothing more peaceful.
That peace quickly turns to parenting as our kids come bounding in with good morning kisses.
Okay, maybe that’s the best part of the morning…
But yesterday I noticed that despite their bouncing and rolling around, my coffee didn’t spill. That’s because the top layer of foam is thick enough to hold the splashing coffee in place.
So consider me the foam of your buying and selling experience.
I don’t like to pretend that either side of the transaction is always perfectly smooth. Buying and selling require work, planning and strategy. Things can get messy and feel out of control at times.
But that’s what you’re hiring me to manage. Notice I didn’t say “remove”. Some of that movement is inevitable but it’s my job to help you navigate it and to keep you from spilling over.
If a move is on the horizon for you, I’d be happy to be the one guide you in the process and see you through to your definition of success.
Here’s to full cups and smooth moves!
