Soup in a bag and why it matters to homeowners

You know what I saw at the grocery store recently?

Soup. In a bag. Not a can. A bag.

I did a double take and then remembered a comment my friend made recently (he owns a local grocery store).

Turns out that tariffs have raised the cost of aluminum so much that soup companies have had to make a choice.

They didn’t say “well, I guess we’re not selling soup anymore.”

They said, “we have to sell our soup, so HOW are we going to make it happen?”

Sellers on the market in October are that soup company.

They’re not casually testing the market. They’re not waiting until Spring, assuming opportunities will be different then.

They’ve already decided it’s not IF they sell, it’s HOW.

That’s someone ready to have a real conversation.

That’s a completely different energy than a spring market where some the people are just curious what their house is worth.

When everyone actually wants to be there, deals get done. send me a message if you want to talk about what that could look like for you.

I posted a reel this week about exactly this mindset. If opportunity doesn’t knock, build a door. That’s the HOW. Go watch it and tell me what you think.

I’m curious – have you seen bagged soup in stores yet?
