Why tonight matters more than tomorrow

Welcome back to part 4 of my summer series where my Nespresso machine is giving me amazing lattes and even better real estate analogies to help you understand the current market.

My morning coffee actually starts around 8:30pm the night before. I make sure there’s water in the back, pods we like are stocked on the counter and there’s milk in the fridge. Tonight I washed the milk canister and refilled our little container of brown sugar. It’s all ready to go.

Why?

Because tomorrow morning I want to stumble into the kitchen (something about a cup of ambition…) and not have anything slowing me down from making and enjoying my coffee.

A good coffee starts with preparation. Sipping a latte or listing your home, it’s all the same.

That’s why I’m always offering a mini consult. These are quick connects designed to give you a chance to say “okay but if I was going to do something, where would I start?”

We’re heading into September soon (ew, I know, I love summer too) and for the real estate world, this is the second season of the year where we typically see an increase in market activity.

Both buyers and sellers have a moment to breathe as they slip back into routine and, as the dust of summer settles, they often start thinking more seriously about where they want to be heading into the fall and winter.

I don’t want to see you scrambling. So if you want to figure out what it takes to prepare for your next move, whether that’s by Christmas or otherwise, send me a message and let’s get something on the calendar.

Ready when you are.
