Inventory is up… but so are sales

June stats show a steady market—here’s what that means for you.

📊 Inventory is rising—but so is buyer confidence. June’s numbers are in and they paint a picture of stability across the Quinte West and Belleville regions.

🏡 306 new listings hit the market last month (compared to 299 in June 2024)
💰 152 homes sold (up from 141 this time last year)

Even with a slight increase in the number of homes for sale, buyers are still actively purchasing. In fact, a little more than 1 in 2 homes listed last month sold—a strong sign that demand is keeping pace with supply.

So what does that mean?

➡️ For buyers:

You’ve got more options right now—but don’t mistake that for a slow market. Homes that show well and are priced right are still moving quickly.

➡️ For sellers:

There’s a bit more competition this year. If you’re thinking about listing, your home will stand out with the right prep, strategy, and marketing.

Not sure where you fit into all this?
