You haven’t missed your window

Last night I made chicken.

When I opened the package, I was relieved to see that I still had a few days to spare before it expires.

My toxic trait is always thinking I have more time before the expiry date… and sometimes I pay the price.

It got me thinking about how people often assume that if they didn’t sell in the spring, they’re stuck waiting until next year.

Sure, the spring market is when we typically see more activity. It often follows lifestyle patterns: let’s get into a new place before summer or close before the kids start school again.

But just because you didn’t move in the first half of the year doesn’t mean you missed your chance.

Life is what necessitates a move. I’ve talked about this many times before.

My goal is to work with you to position your home for a successful sale regardless of the time of year or the season of real estate you find yourself in.

You’re never too late. You haven’t missed the mark.

There’s no expiry date when it comes to making a move.

Ready when you are (and even before then tbh),
