Technically, today is October 1.

Which means our September series is officially wrapping up a day late.

But honestly? I’m okay with that.

Because when it comes to getting ready for a move, the calendar isn’t really the point.

The point is having the right information, knowing what needs to happen and having a plan you can actually follow.

Over the last three weeks, we’ve talked about whether your house is still working for you, how to prep to let your house do the talking and what goes into determining the value of your home.

So now what?
